OCS18 Flush membrane
The OCS18 product family is a pressure-sensing element where thick film piezoresistive strain gages printed onto an Al2O3 ceramic diaphragm sealed to a thicker substrate in a composite structure.
- Alumina ensures excellent chemical resistance – Compatibility with aggressive fluids, oils, refrigerants, solvents and most of acids
- Thick film strain gages allows wide operating temperature range -40°C/150°C
- Temperature compensation network available very low residual thermal drift
- High Reliability and Robustness – (long term stability < 0.2% span/y, drift <1% span after 10M shocks, offset drift < 0.5% span after 1000h at 150°C)
- Easy integration inside a plastic or metallic case
- Hybrid technology available Conditioning electronics available on board, Additional temperature measurement available by mean of SMD thermistor probe
