Kolektor Microtel is an industrial technology company specialized in ceramic pressure and temperature sensing solutions, heating elements and Electronic Manufacturing Services for advanced electronic assemblies.
With long-standing expertise in thick film ceramic technologies, pressure and temperature sensing elements, PCBA, hybrid circuits, heating elements, testing and production engineering, we support demanding industrial, automotive and high-reliability applications.
As part of the Kolektor Group, owned by Kolektor Mobility and part of “Electronics and Drives” program, Kolektor Microtel serves as a competence center for EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service), heating elements and pressure and temperature sensing element solutions and supports their vertical integration into complete pressure and temperature sensors.
History
The company was established in 1980 by a group of technicians having several years of experience in thick film ceramic technologies and manufacturing of electronics.
Development of new business activities, expansion to new markets through acquisitions and greenfield operations allowed Kolektor Microtel to grow over the years and by joining Kolektor Group become an important player in the domain of custom electronics and sensing solutions.

Relocation to the new building in Inzago, Milano.
Growth of international business.
1995
Acquisition of Siegert GmbH in Nürnberg and entry into the German market.
European expansion and EMS connection.
2002
Acquisition of City Sensors in France for new business development in pressure sensors.
Expansion of pressure sensor applications and markets.
2006
Expansion of the manufacturing site in Inzago.
Industrial growth and production capacity.
2009
Establishment of the Sentronics ceramic sensor operation in Shanghai.
Opening to Far East markets and ceramic sensor production.
2014
New thick film operation in Vimercate.
Expansion of thick film manufacturing activities.
2017
Microtel becomes part of Kolektor and changes name to Kolektor Microtel.
Integration into an international industrial group.

Relocation of thick film operations to Pozzo D’Adda and investment in a new ISO 6 clean room.
