PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION NOTICE

Dear Madam / Dear Sir

pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the “Regulation”), we provide you below with information concerning the processing of your personal data, which will be carried out manually (for example, on paper) and/or through automated tools (for example, using electronic procedures and media) and in any case in compliance with the Regulation.

1. Data Controller and Data Processor

The Data Controller is Kolektor Microtel S.r.l., with registered office at Via G. Di Vittorio, no. 5, 20065 Inzago (MI) (hereinafter the “Controller”).
The Data Processor is Antonella De Paola [ GDPR_Ammin@microtelgroup.it ] (hereinafter the “Processor”), with elected domicile for this role at the Controller's registered office.

2. Purposes and legal basis of the processing for which the personal data are intended

The personal data you provide are processed for the purposes indicated below: to allow registered users who have entered their email address to submit requests (contact form) and/or receive training and/or informational material (newsletter).
The processing of the personal data you provide is lawful because it is based on your free and informed consent.

3. Categories of recipients of personal data

Your personal data will be processed by the employees and/or collaborators of the Controller and the Processor and by those responsible for managing and entering data into information systems. These individuals have been authorized to process the data and have received appropriate operating instructions in this regard.
In addition to the individuals indicated above, some processing of your personal data may also be carried out by third parties to whom the Controller entrusts activities and/or services (or part thereof) connected with the relationship with you.
These parties have been appointed as Data Processors and have signed an agreement with the Controller, undertaking to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data. These parties fall into the following category: the Controller's commercial partners.
Criteria used to determine the retention period of personal data.
Your personal data will be retained until the completion of the processing activities relating to the purposes indicated in point 2 of this notice, unless retention of Personal Data is required by a provision of European Union or national law.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

We inform you that, pursuant to Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation, you have the right:

  • to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not processing of personal data concerning you is taking place and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data, and their rectification or erasure;
  • to obtain restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you;
  • to object to the processing of personal data concerning you;
  • to obtain data portability (transmission to another controller pursuant to Article 20 of the Regulation);
  • to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal;
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority) in the event of an alleged violation of the Regulation in the processing of your personal data, pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation.
6. Consequences of failure to provide data

Providing personal data is optional. However, failure to provide the data, or providing it partially or inaccurately, may make it impossible to receive the information referred to in point 2 of this notice.
