Kolektor Microtel S.R.L. has implemented an internal reporting channel that
meets the requirements set out by Legislative Decree 24/2023 implementing
Directive (EU) 2019/1937, concerning “the protection of persons who report breaches
of Union law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of persons who
report breaches of national legal provisions”.
Reports will be handled in accordance with the procedure adopted by the Company and the
documents attached to it, which can be consulted below:

In order to ensure the confidentiality of the reporting person's identity, it is recommended that
the report be submitted using a device that is in no way
attributable to the company and that the internet connection (wired or
Wi-Fi) provided by the Company itself not be used.
Furthermore, for greater protection of confidentiality,
it is recommended to use browsers with appropriate security settings.
The reporting person may also make a report orally by requesting
a direct meeting with the person responsible for managing reports, to be arranged within 7
working days.

previous section.
